Cookies
We keep this light. The site itself sets no cookies. Google sets statistics and ad cookies only if you say yes, and Awin sets one when you click an affiliate Book button.
Needed for the site to work
| Name | Set by | What it does | How long |
|---|---|---|---|
pnt-theme (local storage) | Park Near Twickers | Remembers floodlights on or off | Until you clear it |
FCCDCF, FCNEC | Google (consent message) | Remembers your cookie choice so we don't ask on every page | Up to 13 months |
__cf_bm and similar | Cloudflare | Tells real visitors from bots | Up to 30 minutes |
Statistics (only with your consent)
| Name | Set by | What it does | How long |
|---|---|---|---|
_ga, _ga_5HVB6N9WDG | Google Analytics | Counts visits and tells a returning visitor from a new one, so we can see which pages and car parks are used | Up to 2 years |
In the UK and EU these are only set once you agree in Google's consent message. Say no and Google Analytics stores nothing on your device.
Advertising (only with your consent)
Google AdSense uses cookies such as __gads, __gpi and IDE to choose ads, cap how often you see the same one, and measure whether they work. In the UK and EU these are only set once you agree in Google's consent message. Say no and you may still see ads, just not ones based on you.
Google's list of advertising cookies has the full detail.
Affiliate links
JustPark and YourParkingSpace Book buttons go via Awin. Awin sets a cookie on its own domain, and the booking site may set one, so the booking can be credited to us. It doesn't change what you pay. Awin describes these in its privacy notice.
Changing your mind
